About Donald
A profound love of nature and travel has led Donald Burd down many
paths to discover the wonders of nature in pursuit of his specialty, wildlife
photography in remote areas of the world. The desire to reproduce these images
on film and capture the magic of the moment to share with others has become the
focus of his photography. Many of his images have been seldom seen by mortals
and it is with great pride that he has been able to intimately depict in
photography what most people will never have the opportunity to see in real
life.
He has won international awards and recognition around the world for many of
his works. His perceptive eye has sought and captured evocative pictures in
extremely diverse worldwide settings enabling him to accumulate a wide variety
